Background
Zoomlion is one of China’s leading equipment manufacturing enterprises, with a large-scale industrial park that integrates R&D, production, and logistics operations. The main entrance of the park spans over 30 meters, serving as the primary passage for both employees and logistics vehicles.
To ensure secure, efficient, and intelligent access management, Zoomlion adopted the QIOGNG Integrated Entrance Solution, which combines double telescopic sliding gate, license plate recognition barrier gate, and face recognition pedestrian turnstiles.

The client required an integrated entrance management solution for its large industrial park, aiming to achieve unified, efficient, and secure control of personnel and vehicles.
Due to the park’s extra-wide main gate (over 30 meters) and frequent large-vehicle access, the system needed to maintain stable operation and smooth traffic flow.

Our Solutions
The QiGong team provided a customized intelligent entrance management solution tailored to the complex structure and high-security requirements of the industrial park.
Main Gate System:
Installed a dual-opening 30-meter telescopic sliding gate, ensuring stable performance and smooth operation even under high-frequency use. The gate is integrated with the park’s security control system for automatic opening, closing, and remote management.
Vehicle Management:
Deployed an ANPR barrier gate system to automatically identify and record authorized vehicles. Internal vehicles are recognized via license plate whitelist, while external vehicles require registration or temporary authorization.
Pedestrian Access Control:
Installed face recognition turnstiles beside the main gate to separate people from vehicles, improving safety and efficiency. Employees can pass through via facial recognition, while visitors register for temporary access.
Integrated Control Platform:
All equipment is connected to the QiGong intelligent management platform, enabling centralized monitoring, alarm linkage, and real-time data collection. The system supports 24/7 operation, event recording, and future expansion.
