Success Case: New Cairo Government Square, Egypt
BACKGRUOND
A magnificent government square is under construction in the heart of New Cairo, which will become Egypt’s future administrative center. Located east of Cairo, the project aims to address the overcrowding problem in Old Cairo and includes the presidential palace, the House of Representatives, government office buildings, and a large mosque. Its modern design showcases a contemporary national image.
The client contacted us in March 2024. The new city is still under construction, and the roads are very wide with multiple lanes. To achieve traffic separation and control, the client approached us for a suitable traffic control solution. The entire project took a year from planning to delivery.

OUR SOLUTION
❏ We recommend our aluminum alloy accordion road barrier. They are rust-free and feature reflective panels at the entrance and corners for excellent nighttime visibility.

❏ Each pair of road barriers is equipped with a stainless steel interlocking lock. If one 10-meter barrier is insufficient, two
can be linked together to create a 20-meter barrier. The required number of barriers can be customized.
A 10-meter accordion road barrier retracts to 2.2 meters and weighs approximately 80 kg, making it easy to move and reuse. When not in use, it can be stored in a warehouse. It is multifunctional, serving not only as traffic barriers but also as fencing and crowd control.
