Background
As a leading precision manufacturing enterprise in Malacca, Malaysia, GJH Group’s main production base requires handling substantial logistics transportation and employee commuting daily. With continuous business expansion, the original entrance/exit facilities could no longer meet the enterprise’s development needs in terms of passage efficiency, security control, and modern image.
This project was jointly implemented by QiGong and Southtech, a well-known Malaysian system integrator, adopting an intelligent telescopic sliding gate system as the core solution. This scheme fully considers the actual usage scenarios of GJH Group’s industrial park, combined with local climate characteristics, providing professionally customized products and services.
Client requirements
The original stainless steel retractable gate featured a traditional design and outdated appearance, which severely mismatched GJH Group’s position as a listed technology enterprise and its modern factory image. The client urgently needed a gate solution that could reflect the company’s technological strength and modern aesthetics, enhancing the overall park image through excellent industrial design while showcasing the Group’s innovative and professional brand character.
