The company’s factory is located in Selangor, Malaysia, boasting spacious, systematic productionworkshops and comprehensive supporting facilities. After the completion of their new factory, they soughiour Qigong Group to design the main entrance’s pedestrian and vehicular access solutions.
On June 10,2025,YANG KIAN LOCK, Group Managing DirectorChief Executive Officer, led his management team to visit the Qigong Group headquarters. We discussed potential collaborations regarding the park’s personnel, and, vehicle management control system and future development.Furthermore, at the end of June, the Qigong teamrevisited PLYTEC’s industrial park in Malaysia todevelop an access control solution for the site.

❏The entrance is extra wide, allowing trucks and cars to pass through; the passageway is 24 meters wide. The gate is both beautiful and durable.
❏After the gate is opened, everyone should retreat behind the wall to ensure maximum space for ‘vehicles to pass.
❏The material must be High-strength aluminum alloy material, and the control must be electric.
❏A park management system can be added later for integrated control.
❏There are still cases of extra-long cantilevered double gates, and experience in providing solutions forextra-wide gateways.
❏The gate is equipped with infrared anti-climb and anti-collision functions, and can be braked in an emergency.
OUR SOLUTION
Based on our on-site inspection and understanding of the client’s needs,we recommended our third-generation intelligent cantilever sliding gate. The lower rail material is 260*210*(5-13)mm, and it’s equipped with a Qigong 550 motor to ensure stablegate operation. Since each gate is 24 meters long, we addedwheels at both the front and rear ends to prevent sagging due toprolonged use.
In temms of intelligent control, we equipped the gate with a Qigong intelligent control motherboard.Under nommal circumstances, itcan be remotely controlled. For special needs, it can be used with automatic license plate recognition systems, RFlD systems, card swiping systems, facial recognition systemsetc., to achieve intelligent control, facilitate later system integration, and realize unmanned and intelligent management.
In terms of security, we have equipped the gate with an infrared anti-climb and anti-collision system. When an unauthorized person climbs over the gate, the anti-climb system wil trigger an alarm to remindsecurity personnel. At the same time, when vehicles and pedestrians pass by during the operation of the gate, the infrared system will automatically back up to avoid accidental collisions when it detects obstacles. in addition, the emergency power cut-off function can also play a protective role in emergency situations.
After the gate was tested and ready, it was packaged and shipped as a whole. We sent the installation drawings to the customer, who then completed the on-site installation themselves, and it was perfect.
