With a 95% occupancy rate and increasing vehicle traffic,
the parking lot needed to manage not only internal
customer vehicles but also temporary parking access.
After several months of discussions, the Qigong parking
management system and payment system were
ultimately chosen to provide effective assurance for
parking lot security and revenue.

OUR SOLUTION
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the client
traveled to Qigong’s Foshan headquarters in February 2025
for an on-site inspection. After five days of mutual
understanding and repeated discussions of the proposed
solutions, the client was highly impressed with our group’s
strength and delivery capabilities, and the contract was
finalized on-site.
The parking lot consists of two entrances and two exits. All entrances and exits use license plate recognition technology to manage vehicle entry and exit, supporting Rwandan banknotes and coins, as well as mobile payments. The entire solution comprises smart barrier gate, smart license plate recognition integrated machine, central self-service payment machine, and the Qigong parking management system. Because we have completed many projects in Rwanda, our system has integrated MoMoPay payment, saving us significant time and costs.
When a vehicle enters, the license plate recognition camera identifies the license plate number and automatically opens the barrier gate. At this point, the system begins billing and timing, and the control center captures a photo of the vehicle entering. Before exiting, the customer pays the parking fee at the self-service payment terminal, which is recorded by the system. Upon exiting, the system automatically allows entry after recognizing the license plate, completing the closed loop. The system comprehensively records vehicle entry and exit images, time, and fees, displaying the detailed data on the license plate recognition LED display screen. Customers can clearly see their spending, achieving transparent payment.
Qigong Parking Management System provides operational data and financial status for the entire parking
lot, supporting operational decisions. Our system also supports monthly and annual pass customers,
whitelists, and blacklists, providing convenience and greater operational flexibility for management.
