The terminal documentation covers paper printing, IC/M1-card handling, QR recognition, LED guidance and barrier relay control. The installed hardware determines which routes are available.

SOFTWARE SYSTEM
BallotBox is an Android-based vehicle access control application running on an industrial ticket-box terminal. It drives the ticket/card dispenser, IC/M1 card reader, industrial camera, LED display and barrier to automate vehicle entry and exit. Drivers can take a printed ticket or card, tap an access card, or scan a QR code, while relay output directly controls the barrier. A built-in web admin panel enables remote configuration and APK updates, and the self-healing service auto-restarts after power loss, reboot or network changes—ideal for unattended parking entrances. The interface supports English, Chinese, Russian and Mexican Spanish.

| Ticket & Card Dispensing | Button ticket and card dispensing with receipt printing; cards are retracted after 30 seconds if not taken, and the capacity is 200 cards. |

| LED Display & Voice Guidance | Welcome messages, advertisements and guidance text, with multilingual voice broadcast in MP3 format. |
| Relay Barrier Control | Outputs relay signals to control barrier opening and closing. |
| Built-in Web Admin Panel | A NanoHTTPD local web service with JWT login; supports remote configuration, accessory management and APK updates. |
| Accessory Management | Manages printers, cameras, card readers, card dispensers and retractors, barriers and LEDs centrally through USB, serial and HTTP. |
