A complete visitor management system for factory and industrial park access control. It offers three registration channels—manual entry by administrators on the web console, Excel batch import for large groups, and self-service registration through a WeChat mini-program—with two verification modes: facial recognition and QR code. It handles both person-only and person-plus-vehicle visits across the full closed loop of registration, approval, permission distribution, access and exit. Administrators control access channels, host, department and time windows, and can require entry safety training confirmation. Visitor permissions are automatically synchronized to access devices and expire after the scheduled visit, while all records are searchable and exportable.

Approve and distribute permissions
- Review the pending visit and complete the approval step.
- Distribute permissions to the relevant pedestrian or vehicle devices.
- Verify the visitor by the configured face or QR route, with access limited to the approved period.
Prepare face and QR credentials
Excel import does not upload face images in a batch. Add face images individually after import, or choose QR verification for the relevant visit workflow.
